Commercial Real Estate Associate (Boston)
LHH is working with a well‑regarded, business‑focused law firm in Boston seeking a Senior Associate to join its commercial real estate practice .
The Role
- Handle borrower and lender‑side commercial real estate financing matters , including negotiating and managing complex loan documentation
- Analyze and resolve title and survey issues , and coordinate title‑related deliverables through closing
- Support a broader mix of commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions and dispositions, with related financing components
- Work directly with clients and internal deal teams to efficiently move transactions from diligence through closing
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending at a law firm or similar practice
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with financing and transaction documents
- Comfortable juggling multiple active matters in a deadline‑driven environment
- Clear communicator with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach
- MA Bar Admission
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $150,000–$225,000 , depending on experience
