This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines a strong quality and regulatory background with a practical, process-focused mindset.

Our aim remains simple: to improve the lives of pets, who in turn improve our lives every day.

How You’ll Be Contributing: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality, regulatory, supplier, packaging, and product information within Salesforce, PIM, WMS, and other business systems, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and accessible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen information governance, reduce duplication, and improve visibility of critical business data.
  • Support the management of non-conformities, corrective actions, product specifications, supplier documentation, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate on New Product Development projects to ensure quality, regulatory, supplier, packaging, and compliance requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, PIM, WMS, ERP, PLM, quality databases, or similar business systems is an asset.
