Key Responsibilities:
- Assist 4-8 individuals in a group home, providing daily care and support
- Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications/treatments
- Help residents with transportation to medical appointments, community events, and activities
Requirements:
- 1+ year of LPN experience in a healthcare or group home setting
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient documentation
