  • Develop project execution plans, professional services fee estimates, procurement strategies, and design schedules
  • Facilitate user group meetings, design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and decision-making sessions
  • Manage contract administration, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Ensure adherence to Jacobs’ quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, interviews, and client presentations
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to early-career team members

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of project management experience delivering interiors, renovations, tenant improvements, or small-capital projects
  • Strong working knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee projects across all phases of planning, design, and construction
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Bluebeam) and familiarity with BIM/REVIT workflows

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Professional credentials such as Registered Architect, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, or similar
  • Experience with corporate interiors, workplace environments, higher education, life sciences, or public-sector clients
  • Experience performing work in occupied or operational facilities
  • Familiarity with Jacobs processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (design–build, CM-at-risk, etc.)
