Organizational change management analyst

Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Change Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate brings a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, using proven methodologies to enable the people side of change, minimizing risk and maximizing long-term business success. This individual collaborates with cross-functional teams, leaders and sponsors to understand change impact, engage sponsors and stakeholders and improve adoption.

This is a Full Time Employment opportunity based in Boston, MA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • With minimal oversight, develop and implement of change management strategies and plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize adoption.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.


Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Certified in Prosci ADKAR and/or CCMP preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience working on technical implementations.
  • Delivery and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Executive-level communication, facilitation, and influence capabilities.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Other Information:

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,600 - $150,800.
