Embr Springfield is looking for customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people, learning new products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, or already have cannabis experience, this is an opportunity to grow your knowledge and advance within an expanding company.
What You'll Do- Help customers find products that fit their needs
- Educate guests on cannabis products and consumption methods
- Create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through checkout
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store organization
- Follow all state regulations and compliance requirements
Required:
- 21+ years old
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Retail, hospitality, or sales experience
- Cannabis knowledge or dispensary experience
- Point-of-sale experience
Full-time
5 shifts per week
$17/hour + tips
