What a day looks like

At 7:00 AM, you settle in at a clean workbench, tools within reach. You’ll build and verify high-reliability headsets and sub-assemblies—carefully placing components, tightening fasteners, checking fits, and running basic tests. When a reading looks off, you pause, investigate, and either correct it on the spot or escalate it so production stays on track. Throughout the day you keep your station tidy, follow documented procedures, and collaborate with teammates to hit schedule targets. By 3:30 PM, your contributions are on their way to customers who count on our quality.

Your core impact

• Assemble and test electromechanical products (headsets and related sub-assemblies) using standard hand tools and test equipment
• Run in-process and final checks; flag and escalate nonconformances promptly
• Perform light rework or minor repairs when required
• Maintain 5S standards at the bench and care for shared equipment
• Adhere to safety rules, work instructions, and production timelines
• Pitch in with adjacent tasks to keep the line moving

What you bring

• Hands-on assembly background preferred; soldering exposure is a plus (not required)
• Excellent manual dexterity and a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and read English blueprints/patterns
• Basic troubleshooting ability and comfort with small repairs
• Dependable teammate with strong work ethic
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must pass background check and drug screen (THC allowed)

Education and experience

• No formal education required
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience desired

Physical demands

• Extended periods seated at a bench performing repetitive tasks
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Visual acuity to inspect parts, tools, and test results

Working environment

• Some production areas are not climate controlled
• Typical manufacturing exposure: heat, dust, and shop noise
• Routine walking and movement between workstations
