Job Summary

We are currently looking to add Window and Gutter Cleaning Technicians to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a “whatever it takes” attitude, a strong focus on safety, and be hardworking and self-motivated.

Main responsibilities include residential and commercial window and gutter cleaning. Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This position is a great fit for individuals coming from related trades such as:

• Pressure washing
• Painting
• Roofing
• Solar panel installation
• Gutter installation
• Car Detailing

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and gutters (up to three stories) at residential and commercial properties
• Use specialized company equipment to ensure windows are spotless and streak-free and gutters are free of debris and clogs
• Follow all safety protocols while working at heights
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, ensuring safe and timely arrival
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, time spent on jobs, and any follow-up needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
• Experience with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or a related trade preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working with extension ladders and at heights
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English preferred and authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Demands / Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors

Experience:

• Ladder climbing: 2 years (Required)
• Window cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
