A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are seeking an exceptional Sr Finance Manager, Hyperion to play a pivotal role within our Corporate Consolidation team. This individual will lead the administration and support of our Hyperion infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across key financial systems. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to implement, configure, and maintain Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

In this role, you will also provide functional support for monthly financial close processes, reporting, and forecasting activities across the organization.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Managing the HFM Environment, including related platforms for the reporting of consolidated and forecasted results
  • Translate business requirements, improve system capabilities and enhance user experience
  • Support the HFM user community, including onboarding, ongoing training and solving issues
  • Lead integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, as it relates to HFM, including validation of data integration rules/scripts and ensuring accurate and complete migration of data from source ERP systems through the FDMEE module into HFM
  • Manage the HFM upgrade and OS patching process, including creating test plans and validating system developments, which may need to be performed during maintenance windows on weekends
  • Design, develop and maintain Hyperion Reports.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of two professionals
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and governance controls

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related fields
  • 10+ years of prior related experience
  • Coding languages such as Visual Basic (VB) and Jython is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, possesses strong analytical skills, and understands the Corporate Finance requirements of a multinational company
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP is a plus
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Operates in a professional office environment
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually average

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Pay Range: $123,500.00 - $229,500.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].

  • Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, [6 weeks fully paid] parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement [and for participation in any stock programs, signing bonus, etc.

This position is Hybrid and must be within commutable distance to our location in Andover MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
