Assistant General Manager (Back Bay, Boston)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to take the next step toward a General Manager role , while working in a supportive, people-first environment .
What Youll Do: We believe in serving delicious, high-quality seafood while providing exceptional hospitality . As Assistant General Manager, you will:- Build, lead, and develop a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience with warm, friendly hospitality
- Work alongside your team on the line, leading by example
- Analyze sales and manage costs, including payroll, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence with a keen eye for detail
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGS
- Required food handler certification
- Ability to handle shellfish/tolerate exposure to shellfish allergens
