W2 Flatbed CDL-A Driver Weekly Pay, Rider & Pet Friendly Full Benefits
Were hiring experienced CDL-A company solo drivers for flatbed freight across all 48 states. Our drivers enjoy flexible schedules, rider and pet-friendly policies, and predictable weekly pay. Trucks are modern Cascadias & T680s with automatic transmissions and inverter/APU support for comfort on the road.
What We Offer
Pay: 27% of the load
Average weekly pay: $1,500$1,700 on average
Weekly miles: 2,2002,700 miles on average
Home time: Most drivers are home on weekends (regional runs within 5 states)
Benefits: Life & medical insurance, 401(k) match
Layover Pay: For waiting over 24 hours empty without turning down freight
Dock Detention Pay: Paid for extra time at the dock after 2 hours
Tarping Pay: Compensation for loads that require tarping
Breakdown Pay: Paid daily for any time lost due to truck breakdown
Pay Schedule: Friday via direct deposit
Fuel Card: Comdata
EZ-Pass & PrePass: Provided where needed
Equipment & Orientation
Trucks: Cascadias & Kenworth T680s, 2023+ with inverters or APUs
Transmission: Automatic (drivers with auto restriction accepted)
Truck at home: Allowed if safely parked; dash valve lock if at truck stops
Travel for orientation: Plane and rental car provided
Rider & Pet Policy
Riders: Allowed from day one; must be 18+ and free of charge
Pets: Allowed with no cost or restriction (driver responsible for damages caused by pet)
Requirements
CDL-A license
2+ years OTR experience preferred
Clean driving record: no accidents or moving violations
Must be willing to run flatbed freight, tarp when required
