Tree Climber/Arborist

Paramount Designs Inc is a locally owned and operated Landscape, Garden Center, and Flower Shop. We are continuing to grow and looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high quality work, and excellent customer service.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals for full-time arbor-care team members and are willing to train for the position you want . Our company culture is teamwork and we are looking for teammates.

Knowledge and Capabilities:

-Some knowledge of equipment practices, i.e ., using chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, mini skid steers, etc is preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.

-Some knowledge of trees, i.e., plant identification, growth habits, disease, damage, risk assessment, etc is preferred but not required. We will train the the right individuals.

-Some knowledge of proper arboriculture techniques, i.e., pruning, removal, cabling, rigging, climbing, etc is preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.

-Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 50lbs.

-Have strong observation skills for identifying issues with properties and landscaping and the ability to communicate issues to team leaders and management .

-Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction.

-Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well.

-Be motivated, show initiative, and be willing to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional service and positive interactions with all clients

-Maintain, Clean, and organize vehicles, trailers and equipment.

-Have a valid MA drivers license

-Be able to get to work on time everyday Monday through Friday.

-Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients
