Your day as a Utility AideAs a Utility Aide at JGS Lifecare, your day-to-day expectations will involve a variety of essential tasks to support our dietary team and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen facility. You will assist in food prep activities, preparing ingredients and assisting cooks to create delicious meals for our residents. Maintaining cleanliness is paramount; you will be responsible for dishwashing and ensuring that all kitchen utensils and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Additionally, you will help manage utility tasks such as organizing inventory, restocking supplies, and transporting materials within the facility.
Engaging with your teammates and demonstrating a problem-solving mindset will be important, as you'll collaborate to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Working in a fast-paced setting, your contributions will help us uphold our commitment to excellence in resident care.
