Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Permanent
Facility: Fairview Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Location: Great Barrington, MA

Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Weekdays/Weekends | Flexible Schedule
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $46 – $55/hr
Estimated Annual Salary: $95,680 – $114,400/year
Job SummaryProvide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, improve mobility and function, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize patient outcomes.
RequirementsActive Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Physical Therapist License – Required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT Degree – Required
CPR/BLS Certification – Preferred
