Senior Insurance Defense Attorney
We are working with an Award Winning law Firm, looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 3+ years experience.

- 3+ years of experience
- Previous insurance defense experience
- Previous experience in either; medmal, products liability, premises liability, etc.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, from initial claim evaluation to final resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients.
- Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies. xrczosw
- Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for these proceedings
The annual salary for this position is between 175k-225k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
