Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Certification in automotive technology or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain organized inventory, including receiving, stocking, and managing parts and supplies.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and team members.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and manage backorders.
