Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Retail / Warehouse Associate to join our South Easton team. This position involves a blend of light retail assistance, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in our retail showroom with product selection and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organization of stock
• Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
• Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and well-organized
• Prepare equipment and medical supplies for delivery or patient pickup
• Occasionally deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes or facilities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both warehouse and retail areas
• Perform other duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Prior retail, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
