A day in this role
By 6:00 a.m., you’re in the booth reviewing the traveler and customer specs. You pull the exact paint required, verify viscosity, and mix two-part urethane with the correct reducer. Spray patterns are dialed in for close tolerances, and each component is coated precisely to spec. - Prepare and apply two-part urethane finishes and reducers.
- Spray-coat parts to exacting tolerances and customer requirements.
- Inspect finished parts for color, coverage, and compliance to specifications.

- Respond immediately to spills using absorbent materials; follow hazardous waste handling protocols at all times.
- Replace filters, clean the spray booth, and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Move materials as needed and support a clean, orderly work area.
