Job Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Pivot Point Home Care, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients at home
• Complete medical history reviews and home safety checks
• Work with doctors and healthcare teams to plan care
• Keep accurate clinical notes and reports
• Help clients with daily living activities
• Respond to changes in a client’s condition
• Ensure that all RN duties are performed in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (in good standing)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of RN experience (home care experience preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work alone and in a team
• Able to pass a background check
