Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the efficient, reliable operation of all building systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.

• System Maintenance: Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety infrastructure .
• Building Operations: Operate and monitor the Building Automation System (BAS) and building control systems.
• Troubleshooting & Vendor Management: Quickly troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and efficiently coordinate repairs with vendors and tenants.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate maintenance records, complete work orders promptly, and ensure compliance with all local codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications You'll Bring

• Experience: 5–10+ years of proven experience in commercial or high-rise building maintenance is required.
• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge and hands-on ability with commercial HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems .
• Attributes: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality, reliable work.
