Senior Vice President of Marketing
Tripleseat is the leading web-based event management and sales platform designed for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead Tripleseat’s 15 person marketing organization and a $6M budget. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this executive will be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, and customer marketing. The SVP will play a critical role in aligning marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to fuel Tripleseat’s next stage of growth.
Location: Work in the Boston office Monday through Thursday, and work remotely on Fridays. Initial onboarding is conducted at the Concord, MA headquarters.
Travel Expectations: Minimal travel is required, with occasional trips for company events, trade shows, or training sessions.
Core Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Build, scale, and mentor a world-class marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and customer marketing.
Serve as a key member of the growth leadership team, influencing company strategy and growth priorities.
Foster strong alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing directly impacts pipeline, bookings, and customer retention.
Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and generative content, to create scalable, efficient, and differentiated marketing programs.
Demand Generation & Growth
Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, ABM, and partnerships.
Build a predictable pipeline model and optimize funnel performance
Own the Tripleseat brand strategy and storytelling to increase awareness, credibility, and emotional connection with customers and prospects.
Marketing sourced pipeline to reach 50%+ of total pipeline
Product Marketing
Translate Tripleseat’s product innovations into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Build positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence frameworks - and weave these tools throughout integrated demand gen campaigns.
Partner with Product and Sales to drive adoption, differentiation, and enablement.
Customer Marketing & Lifecycle
Design programs to expand customer lifetime value through advocacy, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Build community engagement, case studies, and events that showcase customer success.
Analytics & Reporting
Define and track marketing KPIs, including pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROI.
Develop attribution models and dashboards to measure effectiveness across channels.
Deliver regular insights to the executive team and board, enabling data-driven decisions.
Systems, Tools & Marketing Operations
Partner closely with the Head of Revenue Operations — who owns system administration and operations — to align on process, data integrity, and performance.
Evaluate and advocate for the marketing technology stack (CRM, MAP, ABM, analytics) to ensure marketing’s needs are met.

Ensure marketing has the tools and workflows required to execute campaigns effectively and measure impact.
Drive adoption and best practices across the marketing organization.
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at $150M+ ARR scale.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing organizations.
Deep expertise in demand generation and marketing strategy.
Strong analytical and strategic skills; data-driven with experience in marketing attribution and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and present at the executive and board level.
