Together, we're all about powering the ambitions-of our colleagues, our clients and their people. What is an Employee Experience Intern? As an Employee Experience intern, you will help our clients across our EX portfolio-including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments), and learn how to use WTW's employee experience software and other digital solutions. You'll work with some of the industry's top consultants, developing your skills and technical knowledge while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client assignments that draw on your ability to analyze information and develop conclusions, demonstrate imagination and creativity, and create and deliver innovative solutions to key talent management, organization design, human capital and other related business challenges. The Role Comfort in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in strategic design and tactical implementation is critical to success in this position. You will learn to connect solutions across EX to help deliver high-impact solutions for our clients' most complex challenges. Key Attributes- Content Creator. Takes direction and works with the project team to write and develop client deliverables. These include PPT presentations, video scripts, emails, postcards, brochures, benefits guides and website content.

- Develop and write HR and benefits-related materials for client employee experience projects, contributing strong writing and editing skills. This includes creating PowerPoints, benefits guides, and other written and digital communication materials for various platforms.
- Understand complex information and write about it in a creative, engaging way.
- Assist with design, production and presentation of materials for clients. This may include presentation formatting, graphic design support, proofreading client work, copyediting, scheduling meetings, answering client inquiries, etc., to ensure content is error-free, consistent in style, and in line with client branding.
- Be interested in data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments.
- Function as a project manager/liaison with senior EX staff and clients to ensure data and materials are accurate, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent.
- Liaise with WTW's technical and support teams to ensure the successful handoff of tasks between teams and that all tasks are accomplished on time and delivered with excellence.
- Coordinate production of surveys
- Track survey response rates for clients
- Coordinate survey question hotline and/or email inbox
- Verify the accuracy of raw data and raise concerns or questions as appropriate
- Ensure the accuracy of survey data
- Learn how to read survey report data and understand the final results
- Respond promptly to client requests for assistance
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, graphic design, UX or UI, or business, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology (digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutions.
- Ability to draw on a combination of advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients.
- A professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present in front of clients and on camera.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little supervision.
- Aptitude to recognize and diagnose issues and work collaboratively on a team. Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
- Strong project management and analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook). Foxit and/or Adobe are key platforms that are also used daily. The willingness to learn how to collaborate in Adobe Workfront is also needed.
- Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
- This hybrid position requires you to be local and able to commute to the WTW office in Boston, MA.
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
