Job Qualifications

To join our Hanover, MA kitchen as a Sous Chef, you must:

• Have at least 2 years of high-volume restaurant sous chef or kitchen management experience.
• Possess a passion for mentoring and developing a culinary team.
• Demonstrate a solid track record in achieving financial results.
• Display unparalleled guest orientation and uphold the highest integrity.
• Be adaptable and make your talents available to benefit the kitchen, as needed.
