What You’ll Do

• Lead client teams representing operating companies in the startup and emerging company space.

• Manage venture financing transactions from early stage through late stage.

• Provide day-to-day corporate and “external GC” counsel to clients.

• Mentor and train junior associates, helping them grow and excel.

What We’re Looking For

• A highly qualified attorney with strong experience in corporate law and venture capital financings.

• Outstanding academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable Top 20 law firm .

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bar admission (or immediate eligibility) in the location of the resident office.

• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for supporting growing companies.
