As an Administrative Assistant within the ED Billing team, you will work closely with a group of administrators to support daily business operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth workflows, supporting staff, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support management and assist team members as needed
· Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to staff
· Prepare routine correspondence and reports in a timely manner
· Perform photocopying, faxing, scanning, and document handling tasks
· Organize, sort, and maintain filing systems
· Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Prior experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based tools
· Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· One to two years of related administrative experience
· Healthcare industry knowledge is an added advantage
