You'll play a hands-on role in coordinating logistics, supporting event operations, and ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless attendee experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to strategic event planning, and help bring Pega's brand to life through memorable moments. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a sharp attention to detail, can confidently manage multiple projects at once, and is motivated to learn and grow. **What You'll Do at Pega:** + Support the pre-planning and onsite execution of Pega's events + Manage the shipping, supplies, photography, collateral, giveaways, and team apparel for various events + Create onsite event guides + Assist with various administrative tasks and logistics, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, signage, BEOs, and ancillary events + Assist with venue research and sourcing + Support the Registration & Event Technology team with registration sites, mobile apps, communications, travel, and housing + Execute events onsite, travelling anywhere from 10-20% of year + Develop post-event documentation (post-event reports, debrief notes, best practices, etc.) + Manage the administrative needs of the event team as necessary **Who You Are:** You are a resourceful, self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
