We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team! As an integral member of our medical office, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, focusing on regenerative medicine
- Perform joint injections, trigger point injections, ultrasound-guided joint injections, and other techniques requiring excellent hand-eye coordination
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, regenerative treatments, and wellness
- Provide counseling and support for lifestyle changes and preventive care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Advanced Practice experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable working independently and autonomously, following established protocols
- Ability to perform trigger point injections, ultrasound-guided joint injections, and other procedures requiring excellent hand-eye coordination
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to apply them in a regenerative medicine paradigm
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to learn and incorporate new content and techniques
- DEA registration or ability to apply for DEA registration
- ACLS and BLS certified
- Exceptional knowledge of sterile technique
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
