Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for mothers and their newborns during labor and delivery.
• Utilize circulating experience to manage labor and delivery processes effectively.
• Administer medications and assist with epidural anesthesia as needed.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Recent EFM certification (at least intermediate level required)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery with circulating experience
