ABOUT US
Lucky Stars Bakehouse is a new, mission-driven gluten-free bakery. We bake exceptional breads and baked goods — beautiful textures, bold flavors, food people choose because it's delicious, not because they have to.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Baking
• Lead daily GF production: breads, pastries, cookies, bars
• Execute recipes with consistency and quality control
• Manage prep, schedules, and workflow
Gluten-Free Safety
• Strict cross-contamination protocols
• Food safety compliance & SOP documentation
Kitchen & Operations
• Set up kitchen systems and workflows
• Ingredient sourcing & inventory management
• Minimize waste and manage production costs
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• 3+ years professional baking experience
• Gluten-free experience or strong aptitude to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Strong organizational & time-management skills
• Works independently; problem-solves in real time
• Early mornings; lift 50 lbs; stand for extended periods
• Comfortable in evolving startup environment
Preferred
• Dedicated gluten-free facility experience
• Recipe scaling (small batch → production)
• Leadership or training experience
• Culinary or pastry training
• ServSafe certification

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
