BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Location: Western Massachusetts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Must maintain 25 billable hours/week
Reports to: Clinical Leadership

Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as a Clinical Supervisor responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing behavior support plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role includes conducting functional behavior assessments, training and supervising direct care staff, and ensuring ethical, effective service delivery in home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete initial behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans in a timely manner
• Collect and oversee data related to assessment and ongoing treatment planning
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with client families
• Create and manage scheduling for Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services
• Supervise, support, and train Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate and ethical implementation of treatment plans
• Maintain weekly schedules and complete documentation and treatment notes on time
• Attend and contribute to clinical meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Meet a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Education / Certification

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical ABA experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
• Proven experience developing and implementing detailed treatment plans
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt proactively and respond to supervisory guidance
