The MPM is the Supply Chain integrated product team lead (IPTL) who has the responsibility and accountability to coordinate the Supply Chain disciplines (Acquisition, Subcontracts, SC Operations, Customer Asset Management, and Property Management) with Program Management, Mission Assurance, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Global Trade, and Legal. This role has Supply Chain responsibility to lead a cross functional team and create a proactive strategy for the upcoming Radar Modernization Program. In this role you will work closely with all Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, & Engineering functions to ensure the success of the Radar Modernization program across 3 Production Locations to maximize capacity. In this role you will need to lead efforts for supplier sourcing, supplier capacity, PO Placement, quick turn resolution to risk and supplier delays, and managing high risk dual source and development suppliers. This position will be based out of Marlborough, MA. Travel is estimated to be less than 25% to conduct supplier visits and Supply Chain leadership meetings.
