What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in-store, promoting and selling AT&T’s wireless, internet, and entertainment products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions to enhance their digital experience.
• Provide outstanding service while managing new customer accounts and closing sales.
• Stay up-to-date on AT&T’s latest offerings , including promotions and tech trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets , contributing to the team’s success.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, goal-driven team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or call centers, you’ve already got the foundation for success! We’re searching for individuals who are eager to build relationships and take their sales career to the next level.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus —we’ll provide all the training you need!

Position Details:

• Schedule : Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Environment : 100% in-person, including in-office and in-store sales (no remote work).
