Service Now - SAM Pro Administrator
As the Service Now SAM Pro Administrator, you will:
- Serve as the SME and Technical Administrator for the SAM Pro Tool.
- Review/Evaluate new features and functionality for all upcoming upgrades that are found with SAMPro.
- Outside of the box thinking strategy on SAM Pro improvements and/or automation ideas.
- Monitor SAM Pro Software Models, Discovery Maps, Normalization & Reconciliation to ensure accuracy is maintained according to industry standards.
- Provide monthly reporting SAM Pro Software Models, Discovery Maps, Normalization & Reconciliation to ensure accuracy is maintained according to industry standards.
- Daily review of the SAM/Admin Job Results Log to ensure nothing is failing, if failing notify leadership team and provide action plan, fix, & execute.
- Evaluate/Test new integrations and make recommendations for continued maturity.
- Review and approve of new integrations and recommendations for continued maturity.
- Assess each integration into the SAM Pro Tool to ensure it is running properly if not; notify leadership team provide action plan, fix, & execute. (e.g., SCCM).
- Monitor and ensure all SaaS connectors are fully functioning; if failing notify leadership team and provide action plan, fix, & execute.
- Maintain & automate reporting for Renewal Calendar within Service Now (monthly).
- Participate in the ServiceNow Upgrade which includes Change Mgmt process testing (all environments) etc.
- Perform monthly health checks for the following: SW Models, Normalization Rate, Reconciliation, Publisher Part numbers etc. if failing notify leadership team and provide action plan, fix, & execute.
- Participate in weekly team meeting calls.
- Create & maintain automated monthly lifecycle reporting (In support, EOS, EOES, EOL) (i.e. SAM Overview Dashboard) or other reports as needed.
- Automate Exposure Reporting.
- Automate Rogue Install reporting.
