Accounting Manager $130 - $140K + 15% bonus

What we offer:

• Competitive Pay of $130,000 - $140,000 base + 15% bonus target
• Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements, budgets, and compliance reports
• Lead presentations on operating results to Senior Management
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Work closely with Corporate Accounting, Lease Admin, and Property Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years in property accounting (Commercial Real Estate a plus)
• Strong Excel skills, Yardi experience preferred
