123 Grow Child Center, Inc. was founded in 2002 and has since expanded to seven locations within Central Massachusetts. As an early childcare and education center-based company, we provide care and education for Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, and School-Age children.

We have locations in:

• Hubbardston
• Leominster
• Barre
• Worcester
• Fitchburg
• Gardner
• Athol

Positions Available: We are urgently seeking to hire dedicated Teachers for our Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms at the Fitchburg location.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a childcare center and/or currently enrolled in an early childhood education course.
• Passionate about working with children.
• Maintain a sense of humor, creativity, and flexibility.
• Be a team player, reliable, and full of energy!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.
