Finished Goods Technician

JOB TITLE: Finished Goods Technician

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Reports directly to the Finished Goods Coordinator, with an additional oversight by the Assistant Finished Goods Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check with Tech 3 / Coordinator for daily schedule
• Set up work station for scheduled task
• QC, Grind, Package, Thump, Crown, Heat seal / Tamper proof according to task
• Keep all strains neatly organized and properly labeled to ensure compliance and accuracy in production
• Properly fill out an accountability card at the end of each shift and submit it to track completed tasks and maintain a record of productivity
• Perform regular visual quality control inspections of both the flower and packaged products, ensuring they meet the required standards
• Keep your workspace and GVS area clean at all times. This includes cleaning whenever leaving the room (during breaks, bathroom, etc.), during each strain, and at the beginning and end of every day. A clean and safe work environment is essential
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily
• Transfer finished products to the appropriate designated racks in accordance with production and organizational needs
• Must remain productive and focused throughout the entire shift
• Comply with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures
• On occasion, you may be asked to cross train or assist in other departments or positions, such as Flower Processing or Cultivation
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
• Restock and check inventory levels of supplies as it relates to the Finished Goods processes (Packaging, Preroll, Labeling, Grind, Thump , Dutch Crown)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills required

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass all required background checks.

• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)
• Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity
• Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground
• May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods
