Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them regain function and mobility
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document patient services accurately and promptly
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• A graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state PT license, or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and documentation skills with a patient-first mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Patient documentation and record keeping
• Supervision and delegation of rehab staff
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
