About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Framing Foreman to lead our framing crew in building beautiful homes! If you know your way around a blueprint, love leading and developing teams, and are ready to run a tight ship on-site, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise and coordinate framing operations for residential builds

• Read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and structural details accurately to determine the appropriate layout and installation procedures

• Delegate daily tasks and keep your crew efficient and motivated

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications

• Secure and manage framing tools, materials, and ensure the site is organized effectively

• Perform quality control checks and proactively address framing issues

• Maintain a safe job site and ensure code compliance

• Communicate regularly with project managers, subcontractors, and customers

• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential framing experience and 2+ in a supervisory role

• Solid understanding of MA building codes

• Reliable, organized, and a strong communicator

• Able to work outdoors in all seasons and lift 50+ lbs.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus

• Must be a team player, be open-minded, have a curiosity and desire to continuously learn, improve, and share this information with others

• Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish a plus
