About Us
- Support hiring managers with recruitment efforts by r eviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
- Assist in the o nboard ing and offboard ing processes of employees
- Liaise with Central HR team and third-party HR partners on personnel-related matters
- Greet visitors and keep common spaces tidy and organized
- Answer and filter phone calls and manage email queries
- Collaborate with the Central Accounts team to reconcile the office’s corporate bank account and support US vendor invoicing Maintain organized physical and digital records of invoices, personnel files, and incoming mail and emails
