Hourly Rate Range: $19.50 - $26.50
The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position
Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

WIS Retail Supervisor – What You will Do
- Coach and train Inventory Associates - Accuracy matters here.

- Lead & Engage - Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team

Team Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude

- Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
