Designer

A Boston, MA based tech company is seeking an AI Designer for a hybrid contract role, with occasional on-site work as needed in Boston, MA . This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, prototype, and refine AI-driven voice and text experiences that enhance user engagement, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional business value in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

AI Designer Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Conversational AI design, voice UI, or chatbot development.
• Strong understanding of human-machine interaction and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in conversation design tools such as VoiceFlow, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

AI Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and refine AI-powered conversational experiences, ensuring seamless and intuitive user interactions.
• Develop conversation flows, scripts, and prototypes for chatbots and virtual assistants that align with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to optimize AI-driven interactions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX teams to bring conversational experiences to life.
• Present design strategies and insights to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance user engagement.
