Position Title: Registered Nurse – Recovery Room (PACU)

Location: Falmouth, MA 02540

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day, Evening, or Night Shifts Available (with on-call for off-shifts, weekends, and holidays)

Pay Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Recovery Room (PACU) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth, MA.

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care by maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and using the nursing process.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical, psychological, and social dimensions, and develop individualized plans of care.

• Administer and monitor patient responses to medications, anesthesia recovery, and post-operative interventions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in charge nurse responsibilities and serve as a resource for staff.

• Utilize computerized nursing informatics systems effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.

• Participate in staff education, mandatory training, and continuous professional development.

• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and blood/body fluid policies.

• Maintain confidentiality and represent the hospital with professionalism in all interactions.

• Provide service excellence to patients, families, and colleagues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current Massachusetts RN license (required).

• Certifications (must maintain): BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

• Successful completion of Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exam.

• BSN preferred.

• Strong IV start skills, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator care required.

• Minimum 1 year of recent critical care experience within the last 5 years (ICU, CVICU, CVPA, ER, SDC, or PACU).

• Prior PACU or SDC experience within the last 5 years preferred.
