Work Mode : This role follows a hybrid work model requiring being in the local office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive change management strategy to support enterprise AI adoption. Own execution, including stakeholder alignment, communications, engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes through hands-on implementation.
- Drive strategic alignment of AI capabilities with enterprise processes and goals, enabling scalable programs that empower employees, optimize operations, and unlock new sources of value.
- Shape and articulate the enterprise AI value narrative, connecting internal progress to external benchmarks to accelerate strategic alignment and AI maturity.
- Lead executive stakeholder engagement across regions and functions, securing alignment, advocacy, and sustained commitment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Establish a change network for AI programs and coordinate deployment-related activities, delivering high-quality events and materials for each deployment phase.
- Foster collaboration across AI leadership, IT, and business units to ensure alignment, education, and communications that support enterprise objectives.
- Collaborate with the enterprise talent team to deploy learning pathways including change leadership and management resources and tools.
- Develop branding and communications to articulate AI benefits, timelines, and impacts, promoting transparency and trust.
- Establish metrics to assess change initiatives, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify risks associated with AI adoption and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge of change enablement concepts, methodologies, or frameworks.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change-related roles, including at least 5 years in technology-driven transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI and data technologies and familiarity with trends such as agentic AI.
- 7+ years using change management tools (stakeholder analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, metrics) and communicating their value.
- 7+ years creating enterprise-wide and executive-level communications for business transformation.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality communications across organizational levels using multiple channels.
- Experience contributing to global transformation projects with change management and communication strategies.
- Ability to collaborate in diverse, multicultural, global environments.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Formal training or certification in change enablement methodologies or frameworks.
- Experience leading change enablement initiatives in healthcare or medical technology.

CompensationThe anticipated compensation ranges from $140,000 to $266,000, commensurate with experience and location. Benefits vary by location and role. Details are provided during the interview process. Compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentives where applicable.
