Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Boston, MA. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of Broder's properties, managing vendor relationships, coordinating building repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with budget management
- Certification in Facilities Management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
