The Customer Service Associate provides a best-in-class experience for our customers by offering assistance, providing fast accurate cashiering duties and answering questions while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection and product information
- Replenish, arrange, fold/straighten merchandise on the floor
- Operate the cash register while following cash handling procedures
- Assist with floor moves and inventory counts
- Keep the store, register area, and stock areas clean and organized
*Other duties and responsibilities as directed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers
- Self-motivated outgoing person
- Strong multitasking skills
- Stays calm under pressure and can handle busy rush periods in store
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
