What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability through efficient inventory and labor management.
• Foster relationships with local vendors, ensuring only the freshest ingredients reach our kitchen.
• Plan and execute flawless events and private functions.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, training, and performance development.
• Uphold brand standards and a culture of excellence across all levels of service.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven leadership in restaurant or food service management.
• Strong background in upscale casual or full-service dining environments.
• Exceptional team-building, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, community, and culinary artistry.
