We are looking for professionals with a solid operational foundation—specifically those with a few years of General Manager experience or a strong background as an Assistant General Manager (AGM).

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability through efficient inventory and labor management.
- Foster relationships with local vendors, ensuring only the freshest ingredients reach our kitchen.
- Plan and execute flawless events and private functions.
- Handle scheduling, staffing, training, and performance development.
- Uphold brand standards and a culture of excellence across all levels of service.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of proven leadership in restaurant or food service management.
- Strong background in upscale casual or full-service dining environments.
- Exceptional team-building, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, community, and culinary artistry.
