Your daily routine will include administering medications, monitoring patients' health, and developing personalized care plans while collaborating with our dedicated team. You'll be hands-on in providing compassionate care and support, always focusing on our clients’ comfort and well-being.

Your schedule will be Monday–Friday, with flexible hours to fit your lifestyle. There may be occasional evenings or weekends as needed, allowing you to adapt your work hours to suit both your needs and the needs of our clients. We offer block scheduling and guaranteed hours, ensuring you enjoy a balanced work-life while making a meaningful impact every day!

To thrive as a GB-Registered Nurse with Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience. An active RN license is a must, along with prior home care and supervisory experience that equips you to lead and support your team effectively. You'll be responsible for patient assessment and individualized care planning—so being detail-oriented is key! Your expertise in medication management and vital signs monitoring will be pivotal in delivering top-notch care.

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) documentation is also vital to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information. Strong organizational skills will help you juggle multiple responsibilities, while excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will enable you to connect with clients and colleagues seamlessly. Finally, the ability to work independently in a field-based setting is crucial for delivering exceptional, personalized care to our seniors.
