Marketing Specialist
Quincy, MA (Onsite)
$65,000–$75,000 Core Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Modern office environment + onsite gym A fast-growing, entrepreneurial financial services organization is seeking a Marketing Specialist to serve as the right hand to senior leadership. This is a high-visibility role supporting marketing initiatives, executive communications, and sales operations. What You’ll Do Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Support digital initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on analytics
- Draft and distribute email newsletters
- Pull data reports and execute mail merges
- Create marketing collateral, presentations, and written content
- Support light graphic design and social media content
- Assist with lead tracking and follow-up initiatives
- Support CRM organization and reporting
- Help nurture inbound and outbound prospects
- Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist with reputation management and audience engagement
- Contribute to brand positioning and thought leadership efforts
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Prepare marketing performance reports
- Track ROI across campaigns
- Attend local networking events (Boston area flexibility required)
- Assist leadership with partnership outreach
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of marketing support / content coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience pulling data into mail merges and building newsletters
- Social media management and light design experience
- Comfort with reporting tools and AI tools
- Professional presence with ability to “flip the switch” when needed
- Thick skin and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Must be onsite in Quincy, MA
