Project Manager

Kforce has a client in Boston MA that is seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Understand project and business context to create materials document meetings and support execution
* Project Manager will develop and manage project plans templates and governance structures
* Prepare and support governance meetings (e.g. initiation prioritization reviews backlog updates)
* Create project deliverables reports and presentations
* Assist with stakeholder engagement and change management
* Act as an integrator across the team for alignment progress tracking and issue visibility
* Demonstrated experience with dashboards KPIs executive reports; skilled in data analysis and presenting insights
* Support governance frameworks manage project artifacts and facilitate structured meetings
* Apply PMO methodologies SDLC and Agile frameworks to support delivery
* As a Project Manager you will coordinate initial project assessments to build strong portfolios
* Ensure adherence to PMO governance processes and methodology
* Identify and implement opportunities to optimize portfolio management and reporting
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to project managers and leadership
* Comply with quality assurance standards and external agency requirements when applicable
* Ensure governance across projects: meetings reporting metrics risk/issue management and quality assurance
* Align initiatives with technical objectives and organizational strategy

REQUIRED SKILLS * 5 years of IT project management experience leading complex cross-functional projects
* Expertise in hybrid and Agile methodologies within large IT enterprises; Experience managing vendors
* Strong knowledge of portfolio program and project management standards (PMI Agile)
* Skilled in planning and adapting in fast-changing environments; guide teams through change
* Excellent communication negotiation and ability to support technical and non-technical staff
* Capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear actionable components
* Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project JIRA etc.)
* Proven ability to lead teams and implement new systems and processes
* PMO or IT project management experience preferred
