Director of Faith Formation (PT)
We are seeking a mission-driven Catholic disciple who feels called to evangelization through family faith formation. This pastoral role supports parents, children, and volunteers in encountering Jesus Christ and growing together as families of faith. The Director of Family Faith Formation will help families rediscover their identity as missionary disciples and assist the parish in becoming a place where faith is lived, shared, and joyfully handed on.
Our parish is ready to move from a traditional classroom-based model to a family-centered, evangelizing approach—one that equips parents as the primary catechists of their children and forms households as disciples. Working closely with the pastor, this person will help discern, develop, and implement a family faith formation program suited to our parish community. If you—or someone you know—feels stirred by this mission, we would love to discern next steps together.
